What ages or grades do you work with?

We support learners from early elementary through high school. Our programs include early literacy and numeracy, Learn2Learn coaching, high-school STEM support, and enrichment such as University of Waterloo Math Contest preparation.

What subjects do you teach?

We offer support in:

How do sessions work?

Sessions are available 1:1 or in small groups of 2–5 learners. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs, combining concept reinforcement with strategies that build understanding, memory, organization, and problem-solving.

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

We offer both. Families can choose in-person, online, or a hybrid format based on what works best for them.

What is Learn2Learn coaching?

Learn2Learn coaching teaches students how they learn best. It focuses on metacognition, organization and planning, memory and retention skills, and growth mindset.

Do you support students with diverse learning needs?

We provide individualized support for learners with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other diverse profiles. Our special education approach integrates
UDL, learner agency, and neurodevelopmentally aligned strategies.

How do you personalize learning?

We begin with a conversation about the student’s goals, strengths, challenges, and learning preferences. Then we create a plan that includes targeted academic support, skill-building strategies, regular check-ins, and adjustments based on progress.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but 45- or 90-minute options are available depending on the student’s age, needs, and goals.

How does scheduling work?

Sessions are booked weekly or bi-weekly. We offer flexible after-school and weekend availability, as well as daytime sessions for homeschooled students.

What are your fees?

Our fees depend on the program and whether you choose individual or group sessions. Please contact us for details.
